OUR STORY
My name is Gregory Brown and I came up in the rural town of Raleigh, FL just out outside of Williston, FL. I’m married to my wife Emma and we have 3 children. I’ve been a barber since 14 years old and I’ve been cooking for family and friends for years. When the pandemic struck in 2020 I used my gift of cooking to earn extra money while the barbershop was closed.
My side hustle took on a life of its own and 6 months later we were able to purchase our food truck. Since then, we’ve grown to be a staple of our hometown and a few of the surrounding areas working with local schools, farms, breweries and we even became a vendor with UF. It may also surprise some people but I actually play bass guitar and I’m an avid fish-keeper.
